Ive been struggling with physical fatigue and It always takes me aback! I intentionally plan for amazing rest! But there are still some days that I experience deep unexplainable fatigue. I stop to seriously reflect...... What is really going on with me ? Within a hour of blaming everything under the sun; sickness, work, kids, the moon lol etc. etc. etc. It then dawned on me I had been emotionally triggered many times that same week! I had endured intensely draining moments that I had not taken a moment to process, released and let go. AHA!

In my case it was suppressed emotions triggered by passing events some so much a normal pert of my day they were almost unnoticed but bigger than than that I never addressed the trigger internally just moved on with my normal routine; isn't that how that usually works?


Except I was so tired of feeling that way I started searching like I had lost my car keys and had to be somewhere soon!


Have you ever been truly tired of being tired? So much so that you dont care how Long or difficult the search for change or the road to healing is, You're gonna start the journey!!


GO GET YOURS KNOWING YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT !!!


How we spend our energetic allowance is up to us simply because we will be the one decluttering the closet or working to refill the reservoir .




I was guided to ask the Crave Fringe Gallerie family a couple questions since we are all connected and a reflection of each other.


Where is your energy most reciprocated?


Do you gravitate to those places or do you gravitate to places of lack or need?


Do you know when you've reached your emotional capacity and when do draw back and go within to nurture self?


Do you feel safe within yourself ?


How loud is your inner voice or inner alarm ?


Do you hear it ? Do you feel it? Do you know what it sounds and feels like?







The more I work more on myself the easier it is for me to hear and feel the parts of me asking for rest, more activity or letting me know something is unhealthy for me. I believe that is because I have been strategically honoring the urge to rest, remove, change and provide what's necessary to show up as the best me.


I have decided Burnout is no longer an option for me when I have the right and the ability to take care of my needs and wants.

Excuses are no longer accepted!


I am here to invade your inner space but I balance with a offering of SELF LOVE so here are some things that have helped me achieve my inner Love, Joy , Peace and allowed me to start restoring the relationship with myself.


Pick a practice ! Stick with it until it sticks with you!

10 min Intentional silence.

Express your NO (without an explanation to follow).

Body Scan from head to toe and notice how each part of you feels.

5 min focused deep breathing anytime your emotions hit a peak or you notice tension or pain in a area after the body scan.

Intentionally write or store your trigger moment for later reflection and processing.

Massage your own face neck and shoulders whenever you feel tense throughout the day.

Make time for you hair and skin!!! (OMG its not a luxury its maintenance!!).



Lastly stop waiting untll you get to your personal care providers to release ! They are an instrument to HELP you unblock but In 2024 we must be responsible with where our energy flows and to whom it affects. We have to take care of our network because even we have to take the same responsibility to protect you.
